For incoming wire transfers, a $20 fee will be applied, which reflects the charge imposed by our bank and is the responsibility of the buyer. There are no fees for payment by check, cash, or cashier’s check. Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

OVER $500.00 New, out-of-state Schmid Auction customers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.
DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin on Tuesday March 3rd, 2026, 5:00pm Central Time. Each Lot will begin to close every 30 seconds. Lots will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on any of the lots.
Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with a high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium.
