Buyers are required to coordinate with the seller to arrange a pickup date, which will occur within approximately two-three weeks after the auction. All items must be paid for by the day following the auction. The seller will engage a professional brick mason to remove and reinstall the wall that way the items will be able to be picked up!
The seller is paying for the brick mason and the buyer will pay for the forklift (rigger to load)
A local business will provide a forklift to assist with loading the item onto a trailer. If a single individual purchased all of the lots, the total cost to the buyer will range from $500 to $1,000, depending on the duration required to complete the process.
The auction is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. All items will be extended simultaneously, and any bid placed within the final two minutes on any lot will result in an automatic extension of all lots by an additional two minutes.
They sell separately, but all lots extend by 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed on any of them.
