OVER $500.00 New, out-of-state Schmid Auction customers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.
DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin on Tuesday April 14th Central Time. Every minute, 2 items will begin to close. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with a high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium.
