For incoming wire transfers there is a $20 charge our bank charges us that is passed on to the buyer. Zero charge for check, cash, or cashier’s check. 3.5% credit card fee.

OVER $500.00 New, out-of-state Schmid Auction customers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.
DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin on Wednesday January 7th at 10:00am Central Time. Every minutes an item will begin to close. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.
Pay and load out Thursday January 8th from 12-4pm
We will have our skid loader on site to help load!
Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with the high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium.
