OVER $500.00 New, out-of-state buyers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.

DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction starts at 1pm Central Time on Monday, January 19th. An itme will begin closing every minute. If a bid is placed within the final two minutes before an item closes, the closing time for that lot automatically extends by two additional minutes. This means that whenever someone bids within the last two minutes, the item's closing is extended by two minutes.

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with the high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium.

Every minute and item will begin to close.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes. 

Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00 Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $51.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
