OVER $500.00 New, out-of-state Schmid Auction customers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.
DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin on Tuesday January 6th at 10:00am Central Time. Every minutes an item will begin to close. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.
Pay and load out Wednesday January 7th from 9:00am-4pm
We will have our skid loader on site to help load!

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with the high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
