AUCTION ORDER
Tract 5 will sell first, followed by Tract 6. Tracts 1-4 will be offered under sequential purchaser privileges as follows: Tract 1 will be offered next. The winning bidder for Tract 1 will have the right to purchase any none, one, or any combination of Tracts 2, 3, and/or 4 at the same price per acre as the Tract 1 winning bid. The privilege is optional. Any of Tracts 2, 3, or 4 not elected by the Tract 1 purchaser will remain available and will be offered next in numerical order. For each subsequently offered tract, the winning bidder will have the right to purchase any tracts that remain unsold at that bidder’s same price per acre. These privileges continue in this manner, allowing a purchaser to take any combination of higher-numbered remaining tracts until all of Tracts 1, 2, 3, and 4 are sold. If the Tract 1 purchaser does not elect to take Tract 2, Tract 2 will then be sold to the next highest bidder. The winning bidder of Tract 2 will then have the right to purchase Tract 3 and/or Tract 4 at the same price per acre as the winning Tract 2 bid, and so on. These privileges continue in sequence until all tracts are sold or privileges are waived.
Please Note: Any election for privilege must be made immediately upon the fall of the hammer for the tract just sold.
NO COLLUSION, TEAMING, OR BIDDING ARRANGEMENTS THAT RESULT IN DIFFERENT PERSONS OR ENTITIES TAKING TITLE TO TRACTS PURCHASED UNDER A SINGLE WINNING BID WILL BE PERMITTED.THE REGISTERED BIDDER APPEARING ON THE BID CARD WILL BE THE PARTY OBLIGATED TO CLOSE ON AND TAKE TITLE OF THE PURCHASED PROPERTY(IES). Meaning, a purchaser who exercises a privilege to buy additional tract(s) must take title in that same Purchaser’s name or legal entity. Purchasers may NOT arrange for another person or entity to take title to the additional tract(s) at closing. Any bid made in collusion or with the intent to transfer title to a non-registered bidder may be rejected and the sale declared void at the auctioneer’s discretion. The auctioneer/seller reserves the right to refuse any bid, require proof of identity or authorized signing authority, and require the registered bidder to complete closing in his/her/their name as shown on the bid card.
