New, out-of-state Schmid Auction customers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.

Onsite bidders payment must be made on auction day.
All Payments must be paid for by Wednesday July 23rd @ 4:00PM for internet bidders.

Zero buyer premium. $20 charge on wire transfers. No charge on personal checks, cashier’s checks, or cash.
