THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Any trouble bidding please call the auction company.

$100.00 bid increments!!!!

PAYMENT:

Schmid Auction must be paid in full by Thursday, October 24 at 4pm. Payment methods accepted include wire, check, cashier’s check, or cash.

LIABILITY:

In addition, buyer(s) must sign a purchase agreement. Such purchase agreement will shield Nelson Farms and Schmid Auction from liability, meaning both Nelson Farms and Schmid Auction will NOT be liable to any and all parties.

In the case an injury does occur while taking down, removing, or hauling the grain bins and all the grain handling equipment, Nelson Farms and Schmid Auction will NOT be liable to any injured parties.

** The grain bins and other equipment MUST be removed by August 1st, 2025.

BIDDING:

$100.00 bid increments!!!!If the winning bidder places a bid of $1,000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $100.00. It will raise the person with the high bid to $200. It will not automatically take a person to the highest ("max") bid they have submitted.

DYNAMIC CLOSING:

The auction will be closing Tuesday Oct 22nd @ 1pm. When there is a bid on any of the lots all lots will extend for 3 more minutes when there is less than 3 minutes to go.

The closing time will automatically extend an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot closing.

Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

The grain bins and equipment must be removed by August 1st, 2025.
