Effingham, Fayette, and Shelby (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”), will receive online bids

with Schmid Auction at bidschmid.com, from 1:00 p.m. (CST) on Saturday, September 14, 2024,

until 1:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, October 14, 2024, at which time bidding will be closed and

reported to the Board of Trustees at the regularly schedule Board of Trustees Meeting at 7:00

p.m. (CST) on Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Tri-County Fire Protection District Firehouse,

located at 101 E. Poplar Street, Beecher City, Illinois 62414, for the sale of real estate described

as:

Lot Three (3) in Block Twenty-Eight (28) in the Town (now Village) of Beecher City

(reference made to the plat recorded in Deed Book 2 page 301 in the Recorder’s

Office of Effingham County, Illinois), situated in the County of Effingham and State

of Illinois;

commonly known as: 103 S. George Street, Beecher City, Illinois 62414 (hereinafter referred to

as the “Real Estate”).

SUBJECT TO:

1. The 2023 and 2024 real estate taxes due and payable in 2024 and 2025, respectively.

2. Restrictions, covenants and conditions of record; mineral conveyances, reservations and

leases of record; rights-of-way and easements of record or openly existing.

TERMS OF SALE:
