Sellers are retaining 50% of the mineral rights they own for 20 years and production thereafter. 50% of the seller’s mineral, oil, and gas title, if any, will pass without warranty of title or title evidence. A total tract price will be put in the purchase agreement, and it will not change for any reason including future surveys. Whenever there is a bid in the last 4 minutes of the tract closing 4 minutes will be added. $25 bid increments and bidding by the acre.
Terms & Conditions: Real Estate is sold “As Is.” Non Refundable 10% down sale remainder due at closing approx. 40 days. Property will be sold in a manner resulting in the highest sale price subjection to seller confirmation. The current crop belongs to farm tenant. New owners will have farming rights on Feb 1st, 2025.
