Whenever there is a bid at 6pm or after Wednesday Feb 28^th the auction will extend for 4 more minutes on all extend for an additional 4 minutes. When the timer goes below 4 minutes it will add 4 minutes. Land is offered by the acre. The high bid will be multiplied by 40 acres.

All of the seller's mineral, oil, and gas title, if any, will pass without warranty of title or title evidence.

The final bid price will be multiplied by the total number of acres in each tract 40 . Such number will be put in the purchase agreement. A total tract price will be put in the purchase agreement, and it will not change for any reason including future surveys.
