The closing time will automatically extend an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of the THE TRACT CLOSING. Bidding is by the acre. The final bid price of each tract will be multiplied by the acres 43.77

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $800. It will raise the person with the highest bid to $825.00 It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. $25 dollar bid increments.
