Bidding is by the acre.  Final bid price will be multiplied x 80.

Whenever there is a bid in the last 4 minutes on either tract closing 4 minutes will be added. Bidding will be x acre and $25.00 increments.

DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin to close on WEDNESDAY JAN 17TH @ 6 PM. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of the any tract closing. Bidding is by the acre. The final bid price will be multiplied by the acres.

Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!

 Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $800. It will raise the person with the highest bid to $825.00 It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. $25 dollar bid increments.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium. Schmid Auction must be approved of by all bidders. After registering call Schmid Auction for approval.

When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 4 minutes.

Bid Increments: $25 a bid.

Terms & Conditions:  No buyer premium. Bidding is by the acre. Real Estate is sold "As Is". 10% down sale remainder due at closing approx 30 days.
