For incoming wire transfers there is a $20 charge our bank charges us that is passed on to the buyer.  Zero charge for check, cash, or cashiers check.  3.5% credit card fee.

DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin Thursday January 11^th  10:00am Central Time. Every 2 minutes an item will begin to close.   The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

Pay and Load out Friday January 12th 10:00am-2:00pm or by appointment.

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with the high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.

Zero Buyer Premium.  Out of state bidders that have not purchased with Schmid Auction will need to provide a bank letter of credit with their check at auction pickup on Jan 12^th.  We will email wiring instructions to successful buyers at their request.
