DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin to close on Thursday Dec 14th @ 1:00PM. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of the tract closing. Bidding is by the acre. The final bid price will be multiplied by the acres.
