An item will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Every 1 minute an item will begin to close. When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes. (soft close)

Auction pay and pickup is 10am – 3pm Thursday Nov 9^th  10am-3pm approx. 50 lots plenty of time.  If that pickup time does not work, please communicate with the auction company! We will have our skid steer onsite Nov 9^th to assist with loading.

Directions: Off I-57 @ Edgewood, IL take exit 145 go west 7/10’s of a mile then south on Rt. 37 3/10’s of a mile.  Turn right on broad St. follow curves for 3 miles. Go south at T 500 St. then immediate jog back to the right.

On Altamont or Farina Blacktop go east on 150 Edgewood Rd. 1 mile, ¼ mile south on 400st. back east ¾ of a mile to the lane then turn north.

Soft Close: An item will start to close every 1 minute and will extend for 2 minutes when a bid is placed.
