DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing Monday April 10th @ 1pm. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Every 30 Seconds and item will begin to close.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

Pay and load out Tuesday April 11^th 10am – 2pm

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $800. It will raise the person with the high bid to $900.00 It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. $100 dollar bid increments.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. 10% buyer premium on personal property.

Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00 Example on bidding. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
