Ring 1 starts to close 1PM Tuesday April 4^th and Ring 2 Friday Tuesday April 4^th 5:00PM

Directions: 4 miles east of Effingham IL on U.S. Hwy 40 (Only 1 mile east of Teutopolis, IL or 3.5 miles west of Montrose, IL on U.S. Hwy 40.)

THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied.

DYNAMIC CLOSING: Ring 1 auction will begin closing April 4th @ 1PM and Ring 2 will begin closing @ 5PM. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Every 20 Seconds and item will begin to close.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

Pay and Load out Wednesday April 5^th 8am – 5pm and Thursday April 6^th 8am – 4pm

Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $800. It will raise the person with the high bid to $900.00 It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. $100 dollar bid increments.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

Every 20 Seconds and item will begin to close.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00 Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $51.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
